How Land Clearing Pricing Works
We don't post flat package prices because no two properties clear the same way. Instead, your estimate is built around four things about your specific land.
Acreage
The total size of the area being cleared is the biggest single driver. Most clearing work is priced per acre, and larger jobs usually earn a lower per-acre rate because the equipment is already on-site.
Vegetation density
Light brush and saplings clear quickly. Medium undergrowth mixed with established trees takes longer, and dense hardwood forest with mature trunks is the slowest, most labor-intensive work of all.
Slope & terrain
Flat, dry, open ground is the fastest to work. Steep hillsides, wet or soft soil, ravines, and rocky terrain all slow the equipment down and push the price toward the higher end of a range.
Length & access
How far the crew has to travel into the property, how reachable the work area is, and the run of a fence line or trail all matter. Tight access points and long, narrow corridors add time to a job.
